Our cleaners are fully equipped with ProTeam backpack vacuums and cleaning supplies. Please let us know in advance if you have a preference on products used so we can accommodate your request.
We ask that you have your home picked up before we arrive, this will help us be more efficient and avoid additional charges.
You do not have to be home when the cleaners arrive. Most clients provide us with a spare key, or a garage code to enter their home.
We will give you an arrival window with an hour buffer to ensure our cleaning team has enough time between each cleaning. We can’t guarantee our arrival time because we give each client’s home the attention it deserves.
We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured for your peace of mind.
Our employees are fully vetted during the interview process and we background check everyone before they start employment.
We will send an invoice to your email the day of your cleaning appointment. Payments are due the same day.
We charge an additional $20 fee per cleaning if you have pets in your home. This is due to the additional cleaning needs, time, and effort it takes the cleaner.
Gratuity is not expected, or required, but is very much appreciated. Standard practice is 15%-20%, or $10-$15/cleaner.
If a cleaning appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, or if the cleaner is unable to enter the home, a cancellation fee of $75 will be charged to the card on file. If you're on a reoccurring cleaning schedule and cancel three consecutive appointments in a row we will automatically remove you from our schedule.
We try our best to ensure your home is cleaned to your satisfaction, if you are not 100% satisfied with your cleaning services, please contact us within 24 hours and we will re-clean your home to your satisfaction.
