Our cleaners are fully equipped with cleaning supplies and ProTeam Super CoachVac commercial backpack vacuums with HEPA media filtration. We only use our vacuums, this is because the cleaners are trained in the safe use of their equipment and they know that they’ll have everything required to clean your home properly. Please let us know in advance if you have a preference on products used so we can accommodate your request.
We ask that you have your home picked up before we arrive, this will help us be more efficient and avoid additional charges.
You do not have to be home when the cleaners arrive. Most clients provide us with a spare key, or a garage code to enter their home.
We will give you an arrival window with an hour buffer to ensure our cleaning team has enough time between each cleaning. We can’t guarantee our arrival time because we give each client’s home the attention it deserves.
We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured for your peace of mind.
Our employees are fully vetted during the interview process and we background check everyone before they start employment.
We will send an invoice to your email the day of your cleaning appointment. Payments are due the same day.
We try our best to ensure your home is cleaned to your satisfaction, if you are not 100% satisfied with your cleaning services please contact us within 24 hours and we will reclean your home to your satisfaction. For deep cleans if you are not home to do a final walk through with our cleaning team you will not qualify for a reclean.
We do not add on a pet fee to our hourly rate, but cleaning a home with pets typically takes more time due to the additional cleaning needs and effort it takes the cleaner.
Gratuity is not expected, or required, but is very much appreciated. Standard practice is 15%-20%, or starting at $20 per cleaner.
If a cleaning appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, or if the cleaner is unable to enter your home, you will be charged for that cleaning. We must adhere strictly to this policy in order to prevent lost wages for our cleaners.
If possible please reschedule your cleaning vs. cancelling it.
If rescheduling is not possible and you give less than 48 hours notice you will be charged for that cleaning.
If you're on a reoccurring schedule and cancel three appointments in a year we will automatically remove you from our reoccurring schedule.
