Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment a 48 hours notice is required. We must adhere strictly to this policy in order to prevent lost wages for our cleaners.

If possible please reschedule your cleaning vs. cancelling it.

If rescheduling is not possible and you haven’t given us 48 hours notice, we will charge you a $100 cancellation fee.

If you're on a reoccurring schedule and cancel three appointments in a year we will automatically remove you from our reoccurring schedule.
